The present invention relates to a display device and a display panel integrated with a touch screen panel. The display device integrated with a touch screen panel comprises: a common electrode for receiving a common voltage during a display mode and receiving a touch driving signal during a touch mode; a gate line for transmitting a scan signal to a pixel column; and a gate driving integrated circuit connected to the gate line and formed on the display panel, and for outputting the scan signal to the gate line. The gate driving integrated circuit includes: a pull-up transistor and pull-down transistor for outputting the scan signal to the gate line during the display mode; and a touch mode exclusive transistor for outputting the touch driving signal applied to the common electrode or a signal corresponding to the touch driving signal to the gate line during the touch mode.
