Disclosed is a method for controlling a user terminal device for speaker location detection and level control using a magnetic field. The method of the present invention includes: a step for receiving reference magnetic field information generated by at least one speaker; a step for detecting the magnetic field generated by the at least one speaker, when the at least one speaker generates a magnetic field being generated based on the reference magnetic field information; a step for obtaining location information of the at least one speaker by using the detected magnetic field information and the reference magnetic field information; and a step for transmitting the location information of each of the at least one speaker to a source device.
