The present invention relates to a horizontal and vertical measuring unit which enables a convenient and efficient measurement of the horizontal and vertical states of a structure to be measured, and an adjacent structure and a laser measurement instrument using the same. The horizontal and vertical measuring unit comprises: a box-shaped case which has an injection port on a side of one end; a light emitting part installed in one side of the case to be rotated, and is powered when power is applied thereto; a power source part installed in an inner side of the case and connected to the light emitting part through a wire; and an operation part installed in one side of the case to be connected to the light emitting part and the power source part through a wire, controlling power applied to the light emitting part in accordance with a user′s selection. |
