Provided is a reactive hot-melt adhesive composition having exceptional water-resistant adhesiveness. The reactive hot-melt adhesive composition of the present invention is moisture-curing reactive hot-melt adhesive composition that contains a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, a (meth)acrylic resin, and a liquid polymer having a (meth)acryloyloxy group and/or an isocyanate group.
