The present invention relates to an element damage preventive zipper. In the element damage preventive zipper of the present invention, elements are shaped in an element shaping unit of a double-sided zipper tape, and a fixing pin and an insertion and release pin are respectively connected and fixed to the element shaping unit of a double-sided fastener tape, wherein the fixing pin is connected and fixed to one side of an inner part of a box member; the insertion and release pin is attached to the other side of the box member; elements shaped in the element shaping unit of the double-sided fastener tape are connected to or separated from each other when a slider moves forward or backward in a state that the insertion and release pin is inserted into the other side of the box member; fixing units are formed in protrusion and depression shapes to correspond to the connecting surface of the fixing pin and the insertion and release pin, which are connected and fixed to the element shaping part of both-sided fastener tape, and connected to and separated from each other. According to the present invention, the element damage preventive zipper prevents incomplete engagement of elements and damage of the elements due to collision of the elements on both sides of the zipper by connecting fixing units formed to correspond to the connecting surface of the fixing pin and the insertion and release pin when separated elements are engaged. The zipper of the present invention has merits in that additional costs or time is not needed by shaping the fixing units to correspond to the connecting surface of the fixing pin and the insertion and release pin at the same time when shaping the fixing pin and the insertion and release pin; and can select the fixing units according to uses and characteristics of the zipper by forming fixing units in various shapes to correspond to the connecting surface of the fixing pin and the insertion and release pin. |
