The present invention provides: a mask for the production of an organic EL element, which enables reduction of luminance unevenness and ease of restrictions on a production apparatus; an apparatus for producing an organic EL element; and a method for producing an organic EL element. The present invention is a mask for the production of an organic EL element, which comprises first to fourth opening regions that are arranged in a staggered pattern, and wherein the first, second, third and fourth opening regions are arranged in this order in a first direction. A plurality of first mask openings, a plurality of second mask openings, a plurality of third mask openings and a plurality of fourth mask openings are provided respectively within the first, second, third and fourth opening regions. No mask opening is provided on a part of the first opening region, said part being on the reverse side of the third opening region-side part. The lengths of the first and second mask openings in the first direction are shorter than the lengths of the third and fourth mask openings in the first direction. |
