Disclosed is a multi-functional stir-fryer, comprising an inner pan (1), and a main machine (2) driving and controlling the operation of the inner pan (1), wherein a detachable shaft coupling is created between the inner pan (1) and the main machine (2). The main machine (2) comprises a main machine frame (21), a flipping mechanism (22) used for adjusting and limiting the angle of inclination of the inner pan (1), a driving mechanism (23) driving the rotation of the inner pan (1) by connection to a connector (11) at a bottom part of the inner pan (1), a pan seat (24) mounting the inner pan (1), an electromagnetic heating mechanism (25) with a separable zone heating the inner pan (1) which is close to the surface of the inner pan (1), and a control circuit. The control circuit is respectively coupled to the driving mechanism (23) and the electromagnetic heating mechanism (25); the pan seat (24) has a movable shaft coupling with the support frame (21) via the flipping mechanism (22), and the driving mechanism (23) is fixedly connected to the pan seat (24); and the electromagnetic heating mechanism (25) is fixed on the pan seat (24). By means of the specific structure of the inner pan (1), as large a capacity as possible can be achieved; foodstuffs of different shapes and sizes can be stir-fried; and cleaning and use are convenient, service life is long, the heated area is large, temperature increase is fast, and heat transfer is uniform. |
