The present invention relates to a website link exchange method and apparatus, and can solve the problems in the prior art of repeated communication and distrust when website administrators of two parties communicate with each other about link exchange details by themselves and link exchange is manually executed. The method comprises: acquiring and displaying information about a first website with which link exchange is expected, source codes of the first website comprising link exchange control codes; acquiring information about a second website that expects to perform link exchange with the first website and acquiring link exchange request information, and sending the link exchange request information to the first website, source codes of the second website comprising link exchange control codes; after the first website agrees to perform link exchange, establishing a link exchange correspondence between the first website and the second website; and executing the link exchange control codes according to the link exchange correspondence, displaying a link of the second website in the first website, and displaying a link of the first website in the second website. |
