PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supply apparatus capable of replacing water reserved in a water reservoir by using a component of the beverage supply apparatus.SOLUTION: The beverage supply apparatus includes: a water reservoir 1 reserving water; an auger type ice making machine 2 which is connected to the water reservoir 1 via a pipe P1 to supply water from the water reservoir 1; and a hot water reservoir tank 3 to which water is supplied via a water pump PMP from the water reservoir 1. The beverage supply apparatus provides a beverage to be sold after preparing the same using hot water which is supplied from the hot water reservoir tank 3 via hot water supply valves V2 and V3. The sanitary state of the water reserved in the water reservoir 1 is maintained by discharging the water (replacement) reserved in the water reservoir 1 via the hot water reservoir tank 3 that is a component of the beverage supply apparatus at a low cost. |
