PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an adhesive sheet which enables production of an adhesive sheet excellent in level difference followability, especially even after a light resistance test, an adhesive sheet, an adhesive film, a laminate for touch panels and an electrostatic capacity type touch panel.SOLUTION: A production method of an adhesive sheet includes a step of subjecting a photo-curable coating film containing a polymerizable monomer, a rubber and a tackifier to an exposure treatment to produce an adhesive sheet, and the temperature of the surface of the photo-curable coating film immediately before the exposure treatment is adjusted to 35°C or higher and lower than 80°C.
