Provided are a bezel member and a vehicular display device that can effectively reduce discomfort felt by a passenger by making reflection on the windshield less visible. A reflecting portion (422) is formed in a predetermined area on a lower surface of a light-guide member (42) on a rearward side, thereby facilitating the upward reflection of external light that has been guided, and enabling efficient irradiation of light from the light-guide member (42) toward a descending wall portion (411). Accordingly, the descending wall portion (411) can be prevented from being darkly reflected on a windshield (F), thus making reflections less visible and effectively reducing discomfort felt by the passenger.
