The present invention relates to a wire impurity removal device which cleans remaining carbide residues on a wire obtained from a wire drawing process, and comprises: a base frame disposed between a wire supply device and a wire winding device; and an impurity removal means installed in a base frame, reciprocating in a direction perpendicular to a wire transfer path, and removes impurities on a fed wire. With such a configuration, the wire impurity removal device is possible to obtain an effect of efficiently removing impurities by feeding a wire in a longitudinal direction of an impurity removal unit, while reciprocating the wire at the same time.
