PURPOSE:To enable to apply a gate voltage which is always continued in the ordinary state by switching an SCR due to coincidence or incoincidence of the outputs of two latch circuits. CONSTITUTION:The first latch circuit 12 latches a switch command signal with the clock pulse of a clock generator 13. Further, the second latch circuit 14 holds the output of the first latch circuit 12 until the pulse fed by a current zero detector 17 is inputted when all the SCRs forming SCR pairs 2 are interrupted. A comparator 15 discriminates whether the outputs of the latch circuits 12, 14 are equal or not, and produces a signal to a decoder 16. then, the SCR is switched by the output of the decoder 16. |
