Novel compounds (I) wherein X is -O- or -CH 2 -, R is hydrogen, allyl, C 1-5 alkyl, C 1-5 alkoxy or halogen, R<SP>1</SP> is hydrogen, allyl or C 1-5 alkyl and R<SP>11</SP> is adamantyl or -C 6 H 3 (Y)(Y<SP>1</SP>) (C 6 H 3 is a benzene ring) in which Y and Y<SP>1</SP> which may be the same or different are hydrogen, allyl, C 1-5 alkyl, C 1-5 alkoxy or halogen, are obtained by reacting the corresponding -O.CSCl compound with a suitable amine NHR<SP>1</SP>R<SP>11</SP> in the presence of a base. Pharmaceutical preparations for topical administration, e.g. in the form of an ointment cream or non-aqueous solution, contain (I) as active ingredient.</p> |
