PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle capable of easily enhancing the safety at collision even in an existing vehicle without degrading the view in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and the designability in the vehicle. SOLUTION: In the railroad vehicle having a long seat arranged close to a wall along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a shock-absorbing wing partition (1) is arranged on an end (a seat part 10a of the seat and a fitting piece 10b) of the long seat in a vicinity of a side entrance of the vehicle, which reduces the reaction force received from the wing partition on a passenger seated on the long seat through the deformation when being subjected to the shock exceeding the predetermined acceleration from a center side of the long seat to the end side thereof.
