PURPOSE: A display device for improving the chromatic purity by forming a band pass filter on an upper plate is provided to improve color purity and penetration ratio by a color filter by passing through a band pass filter. CONSTITUTION: A light source(100) includes an OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode). The organic electro luminescence device releases the white light of three waves by a photonic band gap. A lower substrate(200) includes a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) and a pixel electrode. An upper substrate(400) includes a band pass filter and a common electrode. A liquid crystal layer(300) is formed between the lower plate and the upper plate.
