A variable valve lift apparatus is provided to reduce friction with an input cam and increase endurance by connecting a first channel and a second channel at high lift mode, and thus feeding oil. A variable valve lift apparatus comprises an outer body(300) connected to a valve in order to open and close valve; an inner body reciprocating up and down inside the outer body, contacting with a first input cam provided in an input shaft; a lost motion spring(700) equipped between the outer body and the inner body; a joining part(400) which selectively combines the outer body and the inner body; an oil pressure supply part supplying hydraulic pressure into the joining part; and a lubrication circuit supplying lubricant oil to a part with which the first input cam and the inner body are in contact The oil pressure supply part includes an oil supply hole(320) formed on the outer body. The lubricant circuit consists of a first channel(430) formed in the joining pin and a second channel formed in the inner body.
