One or more first slot(130) is formed on the side of the box in which the fixed band is mounted. One or more second slot(140) is formed on the side facing the side on which the fixed band is mounted. The fixed band is fixed to the exterior of the box after passing through the first slot and the second slot. At least a part of fixed band is made of the material having elasticity. The fixed band has the elastic force when it is extended.
