PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet which suppresses adverse influences caused by outgas by preventing the occurrence of the outgas during high-temperature treatment and achieves precise adjustment of a frequency of a piezoelectric vibrator piece, a piezoelectric vibrator and manufacturing method thereof, an oscillator, electronic equipment and a radio-controlled watch.

SOLUTION: The pallet 10 comprises a holding section 12 which includes two leads, and holds an air-tight terminal for binding the piezoelectric vibrator piece to an inner lead. The pallet further comprises a metallic plate-like base and an insulator formed by coating at least a surface of the base through a liquid phase process, the surface being formed with the holding section 12.
