A pulley passing device for installing a PWS(prefabricated parallel wire strand) cable of a suspension bridge is provided to improve the speed of construction by letting a pulley pass through a main tower freely without moving the head of a PWS cable from a main tower to a pulley of the next span. A pulley passing device for installing a PWS(prefabricated parallel wire strand) cable of a suspension bridge, which includes a pulley(200) for installation leading the head of a PWS(prefabricated parallel wire Strand)(113), a TS rope(tramway rope)(107) becoming a traveling route of the pulley for installation, and a tower top frame(103) installed to the upper part of a main tower to fix the TS rope, contains an arch frame(2) composed of an arch-shaped beam which is convex upward and installed to the upper part of the main tower to support the TS rope, a TS rope rail(4) installed on the top of the arch-shaped beam in the longitudinal direction, at least one or more TS rope fixtures installed to the top of the arch frame in the arched shape to make a roller of the pulley for installation go over easily and covering the TS rope located on the TS rope rail to prevent sliding in the longitudinal direction, a member connecting a block of the pulley for installation with a body, and a fixing support connecting the side of the arch frame with the bottom of the loading frame, wherein the pulley for installation put on the TS rope and moving enables to pass through the TS rope fixture on a top portion of a tower. |
