PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head strengthening method for a hollow pile, strengthening the pile head part of the hollow pile inexpensively by a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: An upper end 21 side of a main reinforcement 20 formed by braiding a reinforcement bar like a cage is fixed in a steel pipe 10 having the same diameter as a hollow pipe 30 made of a steel pipe as a reinforcement object, the lower end 22 side of the main reinforcement is projected from an opening part at the lower end 12 of the steel pipe 10 to prepare a reinforcement material 1. The main reinforcement 20 of the reinforcement material 1 is inserted into a hollow space 32 of the hollow pile 30 erected in a drilled hole from the lower end side, the steel pipe 10 is placed on the pile head 32 of the hollow pile 30, the main reinforcement 20 is suspended from the pile head 31 of the hollow pipe 30 in the hollow space 32 up to the depth to be strengthened, and a curing agent such as ready mixed concrete is filled in the hollow pipe 30 and the steel pipe and cured.
