<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device which has high emission efficiency and superior drive durability. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence device has at least one light-emitting layer between a pair of opposing electrodes. The light-emitting layer includes at least a light-emitting material and at least two host materials, and an Ip (Ionization potential) value of a first host material is larger than that of a second host material, and furthermore, a hole mobility of the first host material is larger than that of the second host material, and a content of the second host material is 1-20% by weight of the total amount of host materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
