PURPOSE: An optical joystick and a portable electronic device having the same are provided to prevent the operating performance from being lowered even when covering or hiding a subject of a user. CONSTITUTION: A cover(90) is prepared on a surface of a molding material, and is made of an optical plastic which transmits only infrared ray or a glass material. An optical pass filter layer is installed on a surface of the cover, and a photographing device and an image sensor comprises a filter layer which transmits only an infrared ray. |
