PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling the fuel of a bi-fuel vehicle are provided to improve engine efficiency degraded due to the failure within an injector. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the fuel of a bi-fuel vehicle comprises a gas engine control unit(60), and a gasoline engine control unit(70). The gas engine control unit reduces the fuel pressure of a gas fuel tank and provides the fuel to a gas injector(50). The gas engine control unit diagnoses the driving state of a gas fuel internal combustion engine and transmits the result of diagnosis through can communication. The gasoline engine control unit collects the driving state information of the gas control unit. The gasoline engine control unit transmits driving signals to the gas engine control unit. The gasoline engine control unit sprays the gasoline fuel of the gasoline injector within a corresponding cylinder.
