PURPOSE: A hydraulic riveting electric tool with a drilling function is provided to simplify an inner structure by forming the structure of a riveting apparatus in a hydraulic driving type, reduce production cost and the weight of an electric tool by decreasing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic riveting electric tool with a drilling function comprises a drill unit(10) and a rivet unit(20). The drill unit is formed at one side of a grip unit(30) and drills a hole to an object. The rivet unit is integrally formed at the other side of the drill unit and is operated with a hydraulic pump.
