FIELD: medicine, sports. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical culture, notably to the methods of correcting women's body of "Shaping" type. While doing exercises heart rate corresponding to the thresholds of aerobic and anaerobic metabolism are measured under anabolic or catabolic program taking into consideration phase of ovarian-menstrual cycle for women and muscle endurance test exercises. Corrected and muscle groups are tested in order to find out if there is a "muscle strangulation" that later is eliminated by means of impact of a specially created acoustic program in the form of musical intervals, which parametres are defined by a body's individual camertone.
