FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite dielectric materials coated with powder paint to be used various industries, e.g. production of construction materials. Proposed invention aims at producing composite material and products with dielectric base and coated with powder paint by electrostatic spray.
