PURPOSE: A hygienic band for body fluid absorption is provided, which prevents body fluid from leaking to the outside of a pad since a secondary absorbent member of the bar type absorbs the body fluid. CONSTITUTION: A hygienic band for body fluid absorption comprises a pad(50) and a secondary absorbent member. The pad is formed long in the plate shape and is closed to the body of a wearer in the state that is adhered to the underwear of a wearer. The pad absorbs the body fluid of the wearer for a long time by being filled with an absorber which has a cushion. The secondary absorbent member is inserted in the valley portion of the hips in the horizontal state and shields the interstitial space which is formed between the upper side of the pad and valley portion of the hips. The secondary absorbent member is comprised of an absorber and absorbs the body fluid of the wearer.
