<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start up an internal circuit at high speed, which is connected in parallel to a capacitor element of a semiconductor integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, an electronic circuit device includes: a first capacitor element connected to a first voltage supply unit to which a first voltage is applied; a first switch arranged between the first voltage supply unit and the first capacitor element; a first load circuit connected to a second voltage supply unit to which a second voltage is applied; a second switch arranged between the second voltage supply unit and the first load circuit; a third switch arranged so as to connect the first capacitive element and the first load circuit in parallel; and a switch control circuit which turns off the first switch, simultaneously turns on the third switch, and furthermore turns on the second switch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
