PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device easily installed in an existing building. SOLUTION: A heat source side unit 20 is disposed on a window 15 of the building 10, a utilization side unit 21 is disposed indoors 11, and a refrigerant pipe 22 connecting the units is extended from an indoor side of the heat source side unit 20 and connected to the utilization side unit 21, thus a pipe length of the refrigerant pipe 22 is shortened, the refrigerant pipe 22 is easily arranged, and the air conditioning device 100 is easily installed in the existing building 10. Maintenance and service of the heat source side and/or utilization side units, the refrigerant pipe connecting the units, and the like after the installation, is performed inside of the building.
