PURPOSE: A subframe of the engine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the NVH(Noise, vibration, and harshness) characteristic and the crash characteristic at the same time to the rising of the natural frequency by manufacturing with press-molding a first member and a second member by using the aluminum foaming core. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for subframe of engine comprises following steps: inputting the aluminum alloy in crucible for melting; giving the viscosity by throwing a viscosity increasing agent while agitating the molten metal dissolving to impeller; occurring bobbles inside metal by agitating after throwing a foaming agent; forming an aluminum foaming preform(70) by the molten aluminum being injected into the preform mold and making a rapid cooling; forming an aluminum foaming core(90) with heating and pressurizing after the aluminum foaming preform is put into the aluminum core mold(80); forming a first member and a second member by molding in a press die after throwing the aluminum foaming core to inside of the extrude article of a first member and a second member of the extruded subframe.
