PURPOSE: A method for improving a terminal environment is provided to measure a cache hit rate in accordance with a service in a user terminal, and to improve a terminal environment based on the measured results, thereby realizing user satisfaction while improving a terminal performance. CONSTITUTION: When a user environment improvement program is constructed, a communication provider server inquires of a user terminal whether to participate in the program through a text message. If so, the server downloads the program to the user terminal such that the user terminal can install the program. The user terminal measures a cache hit rate in accordance with services used for a certain period. When the certain period elapses, the user terminal transmits cache hit rate information to the server, and uninstalls the program. The server improves a service environment based on the measured information. |
