<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent controlling effect on noxious arthropods. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a fused heterocyclic compound expressed by formula (1). The compound has excellent effect for controlling noxious arthropods.
