INTERACTIVE SYSTEM, INTERACTIVE METHOD, AND INTERACTIVE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for previously predicting the contents of user's utterance and enabling a system to utter the contents in advance.

SOLUTION: Utterance expressions of each user extracted from recording data in an interactive DB 2 are stored in an utterance DB 3. A table creation part 11 creates the evaluation frequency table 16 of each user on the basis of the data stored in the utterance DB 3. A user similarity calculation part 12 calculates similarity between users from the evaluation expressions of respective users which are stored in the table 16. A table creation part 13 creates a table 17 for estimating the evaluation frequency of a user to be predicted to each target by weighting the evaluation frequency in the table 16 by the similarity. An utterance determination part 15 determines upper ranks of the evaluation frequencies of the table 17 as utterance contents for predictive targets. The predictive targets can be narrowed down according to frequency distribution of each target calculated by a prediction precision estimating part 14.
