PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency at a time of searching address information.

SOLUTION: The server comprises: a communication history information acquisition part for acquiring communication history information from a mobile terminal device; an elapsed time coefficient acquisition part for obtaining an elapsed time coefficient to be set according to an elapsed time up to a response from another mobile terminal device of a contact destination of the mobile terminal device from a contact by the mobile terminal device or an elapsed time up to a response by the mobile terminal device from a contact by another mobile terminal device based on the communication history information; an address book acquisition part for acquiring an address book from the mobile terminal device; an address book update part for sorting other users corresponding to the other mobile terminal device included in the address book based on an elapsed time coefficient index; and an output part for outputting the updated address book.
