<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a package for vegetables and fruits with accuracy in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This method for designing the package for vegetables and fruits includes steps for specifying an enzyme related to the quality of vegetables and fruits (S101), preserving vegetables and fruits packaged in a package having holes for oxygen to permeate, and acquiring a relationship between the design specification of holes and the variation of the enzyme before and after the preservation of vegetables and fruits (S106), and determining design specifications for making the variation of the enzyme when preserving the vegetables and fruits for a predetermined period using the package, to a predetermined threshold value or less based on the acquired relationship (S108). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
