<p>PURPOSE: A display device is provided to improve the uniformity of display by controlling the change of drive transistor characteristics between pixels at very low level. CONSTITUTION: A display area(100) includes a pixel(1). A peripheral area(200) includes a signal line drive circuit(2), a control line drive circuit(3) and a controller(4). The controller controls an operation timing of the signal line drive circuit and the control line drive circuit. The signal line drive circuit is connected to the pixel through a plurality of signal lines(Vsig). The control line drive circuit is connected to the pixel through a plurality of control lines(CL).</p> |
