<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing driving behavior from being hindered as a driver is attracted to unnecessary information in the driving behavior. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle camera picks up an image of a drive visual field in front of a local vehicle (S101), and a highly visually attractive area in the image of the drive visual field which attracts driver's attention strongly is estimated (S102). Then it is determined whether the estimated highly visually attractive area is information necessary for drive behavior (S103). A necessity/unnecessity is made based on the position relation between the highly visually attractive area in the image of the drive visual field and a caution area recognized by a caution area recognition part 30.
