<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract excess power from output for driving an ignition device that is output from a magnet generator so that electric power can be supplied to a load other than the ignition device and a microprocessor. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 4 for an internal combustion engine is provided in the internal combustion engine mounted with a magnet generator that has a magneto coil 10a that generates the following in sequence due to rotation of the internal combustion engine: a first half-wave voltage, a second half-wave voltage of a different polarity from the first half-wave voltage, and a third half-wave voltage of the same polarity as the first half-wave voltage. The control device, which uses a microprocessor 4A to control loads 3 is provided with an energy storage element C1 for an electric source is charged both by the first and third half-wave voltages and by the second half-wave voltage during the exhaust stroke of the internal combustion engine, and a power supply circuit 4B is configured which uses the energy stored in the energy storage element for the electric source to produce a power supply voltage provided to the loads 3 other than the ignition device and to the microprocessor 4A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
