PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control device capable of saving power for illumination and preventing crimes effectively.SOLUTION: A photographing device 40 photographs a region irradiated with light by illuminations 30A-30E arranged at an interval. An image acquisition part 12 acquires an image from the photographing device 40. An image processing part 14 calculates an occupied area of a specific subject on the image to derive a change rate of the occupied area. A controller 18 controls the illuminations 30A-30E depending on the occupied area of the specific subject on the image. |
