PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projection device which can be set up nicely regardless of condition of a projection surface.SOLUTION: An image projection device projects an expanded image on a projection surface and includes a movable unit for adjusting a projection angle to the projection surface in a horizontal direction of the image, and movable unit control means for controlling mobility of the movable unit. The image projection device 10 has a main body 11, a projection unit including a projection mirror 12, a braking knob 13, main body support units 14, and a caster 15 as main constituents. The image projection device 10 has a capability, for example, to be connected with an information device (not illustrated), such as a personal computer to convert a received image signal into projection light and project the light onto a projection surface such as a screen 90 and a wall to display an expanded image. A braking mechanism is provided inside the main body 11 to apply moderate braking force to the caster 15 by manipulating the braking knob 13. |
