<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle a thermal conduction phenomenon more accurately in the ME method and the RMD method. <P>SOLUTION: An analyzer 100 analyzes a system including a plurality of particles by numerically calculating an equation of motion of the particles. The analyzer 100 comprises: a force calculating part 122 for calculating force working on the particles on the basis of distances among the particles; a particle position calculating part 124 for calculating positions of the particles on the basis of the force calculated by the force calculating part 122 and change in energy of the particles derived on the assumption that there is a thermal flow based on a prescribed thermal conductivity between adjacent ones of the particles; and a position updating part 126 for updating positions of the particles by the positions calculated by the particle position calculating part 124. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
