<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the overall cost for manufacturing facilities and the cost for transportation, and to shorten steps for manufacture and transportation. <P>SOLUTION: A first culture tank 1 and a second culture tank 2 are connected parallel to a heat source machine 3. The first and second culture tanks 1 and 2 respectively include first and second heat-insulation boxes 11 and 21, and first and second culture solution tanks 12 and 22 housed in a heat-insulated state inside the first and second heat-insulation boxes respectively. The culture solution with prepared materials for creating microbial materials can be stored in the first and second culture solution tanks 12 and 22.
