A touch window according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate having a first region where a screen is displayed and a second region located on the edge of the first region; a sensing electrode which senses a touch location on the first region; command icons arranged on the second region; and a command sensing electrode which recognizes touch locations of the command icons. The command sensing electrode includes a first conductive pattern. A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a touch window; and a driving unit placed on the touch window. The touch window includes: a substrate having a first region where a screen is displayed and a second region located on the edge of the first region; a sensing electrode which senses a touch location on the first region; command icons arranged on the second region; and a command sensing electrode which recognizes touch locations for the command icons. The command sensing electrode includes a first conductive pattern.
