发明名称 CONTROL METHOD FOR HOT WATER STORAGE TYPE HOT WATER FEEDER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of fluctuation in a hot water temperature during the feed of hot water by a method wherein, when a feed hot water temperature is fairly low compared with a set temperature, a burner is caused to effect successive combustion, and when the feed water temperature is increased to a value approximately equal to the set temperature, intermittent combustion is performed for an ON and OFF time responding to the necessary number of hot water feeders obtained by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION:A hot water storage hot water feeder is provided with a controller 5 to input detecting values Q and TH from an inflow water flow rate sensor 3 and a feed hot water temperature sensor 4, respectively, and information on a feed hot water set temperature TS by a remote controller 6. Based on a formula 1 of G =GP+GI, a formula 2 of GP= KPX(TS-TH)XQ, and a formula 3 of GI-K11 XSIGMA[(TS-TH)XQ]+K12XSIGMA(TS-TH), the necessary number of hot water feeders is computed. In the formulas, K11 is a/Q, K12 is c/Q, and KP, (a) and (c) are constant. While the feed hot water temperature TH is below a value obtained by subtracting a specified temperature DELTAT from the feed hot water set temperature TS, a burner is caused to effect continuous combustion. When it exceeds a value obtained by subtracting the specified temperature DELTAT, ON and OFF combustion is effected for an ON and OFF time responding to the computed necessary number G of hot water feeders.</p>
