PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to facilitate the insertion of an unvulcanized rubber hose by engaging the fixed side end of the inner cylinder of a cap with the fixed side end of a mandrel body, and detachably engaging the inserting side end within the inner cylinder of the cap at the inserting side end of the body to be assembled. SOLUTION: The mandrel body 10 is obtained by coupling the fixed side end 12 of the side to be fixed to a vulcanizing jig and the insertion side end 13 of the side inserted with a rubber hose are coupled to both sides of the body 11, a fixed cap 14 is disposed at the end 12, and a detachable cap 15 is disposed at the end 13. Further, since the cap 15 obtained by integrally forming the inner cylinder 21 with the outer cylinder 19 for constituting the outer periphery of the mandrel is detachably mounted at both ends of the body 10, even if the shape of the bent rubber hose H is altered, only the cap 15 may be replaced. Accordingly, the period of manufacturing the mandrel can be shortened to make it possible to reduce cost. |
