PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image noise removal method and an image noise removal device.SOLUTION: An image noise removal method is configured to: execute initial noise removal processing to an acquired image in a processing wait state; acquire an initial noise removal image; calculate a residual difference amount corresponding to a central pixel of each unit area on the image in the processing wait state, based on predetermined energy parameter values corresponding to the image in the processing wait state and the initial noise removal image respectively; calculate a weighting matrix corresponding to the respective unit area, using the residual difference amount; and execute levelling calculation which is non-local to the image in the processing wait state using the weighting matrix for achieving noise removal processing to the image in the processing wait state. |
