PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrostatic fluid bearing device having desired attenuation performance capable of attenuating vibration of a fluid circuit including a static pressure pocket and a variable throttle without affected by dimensional accuracy of a component of the variable throttle.SOLUTION: A variable throttle 3 has a housing 30, and inside of the housing 30, a fluid storage chamber 32a in which a fluid is charged through a fluid flow channel 32c, a fluid supply chamber 31a disposed in opposition to the fluid storage chamber 32a, having a projecting portion 31b at the center, and including a flow channel communicated with the static pressure pocket 2a on the projecting portion 31b, a diaphragm 33 gripped by the housing 30 at its outer peripheral portion, partitioning the fluid supply chamber 31a and the fluid storage chamber 32a, and opposed to the projecting portion 31b at a prescribed interval at one face, a first resin member 41 disposed in opposition to the other face of the diaphragm 33 forming the fluid storage chamber 32a, and a second resin member 42 disposed on a recessed portion 31e around the projecting portion 31b forming the fluid supply chamber 31a. |
