FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Friction material comprises the binder, fibre, lubricant, abrasive, filler, titanates and copper. In compliance with the first and third versions, the lubricant contains metal sulphide, stibium trioxide, phthalocyanine, lead and zinc powders. In compliance with the first version, friction material comprises the rubber powder. In compliance with the second version, said lubricant makes the mix of stibium trisulphide and sulphide of metal other than stibium sulphide. In compliance with the third version, the filler comprises the rubber powder. The brake shoe comprises thrust disc and friction lining made of friction material. Claimed process comprises the mixing of binder, fibre, filler, lubricant and abrasive to get the homogeneous mix, compaction of the latter, joint compaction of the lining and thrust disc and their sintering.EFFECT: improved performances.23 cl, 1 dwg, 10 tbl |
