PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management device which can reliably record passing person specifying information which specifies a person who passes through an entrance.SOLUTION: An entering/leaving management device comprises: an electronic lock 22 installed at an entrance; an authentication information input device 41 to which authentication information is inputted; a passing permission/inhibition determination device 51 which determines permission/inhibition of passing of the entrance by using the authentication information; a camera device 31 which acquires passing person specifying information which specifies a person who passes through the entrance by imaging the entrance; a specifying information recording device 32 which records the passing person specifying information; a specifying information acquisition possibility determination device 53 which determines whether acquisition of the passing person specifying information by the camera device 31 is possible; and an electronic lock control device 54 which controls the electronic lock 22 when the passing permission/inhibition determination device 51 determines that passing of the entrance is permitted and the specifying information acquisition possibility determination device 53 determines that the acquisition of the passing person specifying information by the camera device 31 is possible. |
